Finance Committee
We have a number of opportunities available for getting involved with AzTEA, one of which is our Finance Committee.
- Develop, recommend, monitor, and present the annual operating budgets
- Work with staff and board members to adjust and discuss financial reports
- Align multi-year budget goals with the organization’s strategic planning and initiatives
- Create recommendations for financial policy changes for the organization
- Seek opportunities for funding for the organization, including grants, sponsorships, etc.

Governance
Governance Committee
We have a number of opportunities available for getting involved with AzTEA, one of which is our Governance Committee.
- Monitor, revise, and make recommendations on governance policies, practices, and procedures
- Prepare and facilitate elections for Board members and Board officers
- Assist with strategic planning processes

Awards
Awards Committee
We have a number of opportunities available for getting involved with AzTEA, one of which is our Awards Committee.
- Coordinating and awarding (annually) the AzTEA Innovation Awards and the Making IT Happen Award
- Developing and awarding other means of acknowledging contributions to the field
- Planning and delivering Awards Celebrations at AzTEA events

Professional Learning Committee
We have a number of opportunities available for getting involved with AzTEA, one of which is our Professional Learning Committee.
- Ambassadors: In-person courses and Zoom courses (application required)
- Events: Fall Conference, K-12 Cybersecurity Summit, CI & IT Symposium, Makerfest, CIO/CTO Roundtables
- Learning Cohorts: Book Studies, CETL, TLE
- Online Learning: PD Courses, Communication Hubs, ADE Tech Town Halls, STEM Integration
