Maureen Howe turned 10 on her first day in heaven.

After being sick for only three weeks, the Yuma girl lost a battle with cancer that simply came out of nowhere.

Now her loving parents, who were just planning a birthday party, are canceling reservations at a party place and planning a funeral instead.

Jason and Julia Howe say they’re simply heartbroken to lose their little Maureen, a youngster known for her love of life, bounding energy, and seemingly endless supply of hugs and smiles.

Ruth Catalano

The memorial service for Ruth Catalano was held at Greenwood Memory Lawn with a celebration party at her house afterwards.

We were all reminded of what a force of nature Ruth was and of the impact she had across the country.
